The Queen Anne is the biggest, most detailed, most beautiful Victorian kit in the world. It has 13 huge rooms, milled in siding on the outside walls, two beautiful custom staircases, seven different styles of wood shingles and the soft colors on the outside are just outstanding.
The outside is completely finished, but the inside is unfinished and being sold that way. This kit has been “Retired” never to be made again. The price has been reduced to a very low bargain price of $15,995.00.

This one is framed, all the hard shingle work is done, and some painting work on the outside can easily be repainted. Some of the inside is primed white, otherwise the rest is unfinished. The rest of the parts are inside it’s original box with the directions. The Queen Anne has been retired. The price is a bargain at $2,195.00. This dollhouse has been retired, never to be made again. “A Rare Nantucket Dollhouse”. A New England inspiration that is rich in architectural detail. There are three floors, the stones on the front wall make it look like it should be located by the sea. The kitchen ceiling has wood beams, the inside walls and ceilings have been painted a nice soft color, and the rest of the inside still need to be completed. In 36 years as a Master Dollhouse builder I have only found two other Nantucket kits. So it is a very rare “Dollhouse”. The price has been reduced to a very bargain price of $15,995.00. “A Look A Like Replica” of a historic old house in Newport, RI. This is a one of a kind dollhouse, I only made one. It has ten rooms, it has a real hand cut stone chimney, the walls and ceilings are painted a soft off white, and the staircases are stained and varnished.   5. Hi. You do lovely work.
    I just saw a mohogony dollhouse, with a blue and white interior ,with a reference to you and your site. I looked through your menu and I’m not seeing anything that comes close to the mohogony workhouse. Can you point me in the right direction and how much would something like that cost?
