We have a Southern Mansion just framed in our workshop. We will be in the process soon to finish the outside of this dollhouse. Then it will go on the market for sale, we would like the new owner to have the decision to select the inside color of the walls and ceilings, what trim to use and the color, select the choice of real wood flooring and how it is installed and selection of the lights in each room

This finish Southern Mansion pictured is our last finished house that was sold a few years ago. The Southern Mansion that we will be working on soon, is still in its raw unfinished wood stage, but completely framed.
